Nice to Meet you!

I grew up in Bucks County, PA as the oldest of three sisters. I was that kid that had no idea what I wanted to be when I grew up.  I wasn't ready for college at 17, and I promptly "flunked out" in my first semester.  So, I entered the corporate space full-time at the young age of 18. I had no idea how to properly navigate that space. I had no understanding of professionalism or leadership. I didn't know what goals I had, and no one asked me. 

Then I met someone who took me under their wing, and coached me.  What I got from that relationship exponentially changed me as a personal and professional.  I felt as though I had no limits to my growth, and that coaching helped me see that, for me, the sky was the limit.  Some years later, I would obtain 3 degrees while being a single working mom. Life had significant challenges.  But coaching, mentoring, and support showed me the possibilities. 

I am a big believer that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow.  I work with people who want more joy, who want to identify their purpose, and who want to design a life that they love. I believe that every life and career decision is an opportunity to grow.  Like designers, I believe that people grow the most when they allow themselves the grace to prototype their way forward in life. And I believe that true magic happens when serendipity meets prototyping.
